Vyana is a sense of expansion, but also integration. Vyana is one of the five prana vaayus – the movements of energy within us. Although its nature is expansive, it also helps us integrate all aspects of our self. 

We have gathered a community of practitioners and healers who with various techniques and healing modalities can help us create a deeper sense of well-being, understanding and integration. 

Our practitioners can help guide you to a better understanding of your body, your emotions and your life’s journey – and give you conscious practices to help you navigate daily life.

KAVYA (NOMAD YOGI)

As a passionate yoga teacher and an authentic movement practitioner, Kavya firmly believes that “Movement is true Medicine”. As a nomad, she spreads the importance of yoga by teaching wherever her feet take her. She has the experience of teaching students from all walks of life across the world.

Her sessions with creative sequences invite students to explore, listen to their inner voices, and deepen body awareness while allowing them to relax. She is committed to crafting a practice that blends tradition with modernity, fostering a flow-state that expands boundaries in extraordinary ways.

Together with Vaayu Kula, she intends to develop a community and help them see life through the lens of Yoga and Movement.

YOGA WITH IONA

Iona hass taught for 11 years, originally trained in Ashtanga in Rishikesh 2014. She is from the U.K.  & taught at top london studios & globally specialising in 1-1 yoga training: for clients at the Luxuary collective hotels in Sardinia Italy & London. Well known here in Goa for upbeat dynamic group sessions & Yoga & Live Dj events. Iona also hosts weekend & week long retreats. Enquire with Iona for more info.

Merging both the traditional ashtanga sequence, with the set series of asanas to the count of 5 breath’s, alongside some freer vinyasa release flow sequencing. Making up a revitalising Power hour of yoga!

I am a counselling psychologist with five years of experience with a private neuropsychiatric clinic, now offering online sessions while living full-time in Goa. Over the years, I’ve found that incorporating breathwork into my practice has been incredibly powerful, both for myself and my clients. It has consistently proven to be a transformative tool in supporting emotional well-being, stress management, and overall mental health. I’m passionate about sharing this tool with others to help them lead more balanced and mindful lives.
